Brilliant location and practical immaculate room. A good choice of options, well presented food.

The staff was efficient. the hotel was overall clean. - the location is unbeatable, just steps away from the sand.

The hotel is superbly located and has nice rooms. The service was better than expected and in general it was a very pleasant experience. The parking is little pricey but if you have a car it's a necessity.

The hotel is relatively small so it feels quite cosy and the staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. We had good dining experience at the hotel restaurant. The hotel is situated just in front of the beach so easy access. Rooms were of adequate size, nicely decorated and serviced well.

We had an amazing family experience exploring the beautiful surroundings of La Baule-Escoublac during our stay at Hotel Mercure. From the enchanting salt marshes to the breathtaking Côte Sauvage around Le Croisic, there was a wide range of activities and excursions that kept our entire family engaged. The kids especially loved visiting the small fishing ports along the Côte d'Amour, while my wife and I enjoyed discovering the medieval charm of Guérande. With so many interesting places nearby, our family vacation was truly unforgettable.

My wife says that it would have been great if the hotel had a dedicated play area for children. It would have provided a safe and entertaining space where our kids could have enjoyed themselves even more.

The car parking was totally inadequate. No outside bar and limited air conditioning in the communal areas of the hotel. The wc in our bathroom was not attached to the wall.

Great location at the best end of town right on the sea front and within easy reach of all local amenities. Room and bathroom extremely clean and use of a lift which is a must when staying on the higher floors. Friendly efficient staff - at reception. Has its own restaurant which is actually of a very good standard and value - the head waiter is extremely helpful and pleasant. Breakfasts were really good and better than most with a wide range of options available - amongst the best we've experienced in France.

Only one niggle - the rooms are not over-spacious with limited storage space- Ok for solo travellers or those travelling light but not so good when you have a couple of large cases and associated paraphenalia.

The beds were exceptionally comfortable and the room had central heating. the location was excellent and convenient for exploring De la Vague a l'art. - the hotel offered exceptional service and outstanding food. - the staff were extremely friendly and approachable.

Inconsistent service. On average was generally good but variance was too great.

Pleasant meals in a roomy restaurant for either dinner or breakfast. the food was spot on, but some staff members lacked professionalism. the spot is nice and peaceful for a leisurely stroll along Esplanade Benoit 🚶‍♂️.

Fantastic location overlooking the sea, with a beautiful view of the town. Large rooms with great views, tea/coffee facilities, and a safe. - Excellent restaurant with delicious food and a wide breakfast selection. - Friendly and attentive staff, providing great service. - Close proximity to the beach, watersports school, and beachside cafe.
